Payment is due in accordance with the payment schedule below. If this order is returned after any of the dates in the payment schedule below, the amount corresponding to the most recently passed date shall be due with the signed order. If this order is returned after the 100% due date, payment is due in full with the signed order. Rates are net and non-commissionable. All orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, Purchaser (as defined below) is responsible for full payment of the amount set forth on this order. Management (as defined below) has the right to offer items for purchase at any time that may not be listed on this order.

The execution of this order constitutes an enforceable agreement between the individual, entity or company named herein (the “Purchaser”) and Reed Exhibitions, a division of RELX, Inc. (“Management”). The individual executing this order represents and warrants to Management that such individual is duly authorized to execute this order on behalf of the Purchaser. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser has read and fully understands the order, including the payment terms and terms and conditions of purchase, and shall be bound by and subject to the foregoing.
