PERFORMANCE FORUM EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

Dear Exhibitor,

The inaugural FUNCTIONAL FABRIC FAIR powered by PERFORMANCE DAYS in Portland at the Oregon Convention Center presents the PERFORMANCE FORUM - an area dedicated to display the best material samples from you – our exhibitors. This installment of the PERFORMANCE FORUM shows in total 12 categories on 6 backlit presentation walls allowing visitors to see and touch each product before meeting with you at your booth.  Kick-Off Winter 2021/2022 as well as Update Summer 2021 will be the two displayed seasons.

In October, an independent jury of industry experts will carefully select the best items for each category.

To make the submission process more efficient, we are requiring all participants to submit their article details through the digital form below. Articles not submitted through the form below will not be considered. To show your products in the best possible way please follow the instructions carefully:

• Deadline to submit your product details is Monday, September 16, 2019.
• Please enter the details for each product you wish to submit (maximum of 10 per company) in the digital form below.
• You may review the categories and Performance Codes here
• You will receive an email on or before Friday, September 20 reconfirming your article submissions along with the instructions for mailing your swatches.
